What is most unique about this pendant is the fact that the gemstone itself is a quantum cut spinfire. Spinfire means that the pavilion facets are made at a slight rotating angle, so as you rotate the stone, you can see a spiralized dance drift through the gemstone. 

Lemon Quartz is a yellow quartz, falling into the category of citrine. Most gemologists that I know refer to "lemon quartz" as citrine, so this is my default as well. The difference is that lemon quartz itself is typically a lighter hue than most regular citrines. That said, here are some of the metaphysical benefits of Citrine:
