A lot of work goes into the rock candy collection that I have made. I don't know how simple they seem but they certainly are not. I have been unsure on what to pair with amethyst. I went ahead and went for some contrasting colors being Swiss blue topaz and amethyst. I like how they turned out. They're different but really cool.
So something I noticed in this topaz, which is pretty unusual, is a feather inclusion. Basically, it's a growth flaw but man it makes it so cool, especially when viewing from the side. It took me a hot minute to determine exactly what I was seeing, but I feel pretty confident in my conclusion. What do you think of this pendant?
One of the more abstract oddities that hit my brain the other night. This one has black tourmaline from Mozambique and Brazilian amethyst. It's unusual and hopefully something you haven't seen before. #originaldesignbychan
Taking photographs is something I have always struggled with. When I am looking at a product, I usually just want to see it against a background that lets me see the actual item with minimal distractions. But it's a very, I guess, old school method. I'm always mind blown with photos that capture the essence of the item whilst making a beautiful scene for it. I have yet to find my own happy medium. In either case, this Moroccan amethyst with hematite inclusions turned out so well, in my opinion.
