Made these for a custom and I love how they turned out.
This is the sterling silver cleaner. If you choose to use this solution, please take a moment to read the full description here. It does indicate to not use gemstones in it so do so at your discretion. The pendant in this is more of a throwaway item that wasn't going to break my heart if it got ruined. (No pun intended). The solution removed the tarnish off of all of my jewelry pieces very well. They look the same way they did when I first made them, including on the artisan chains. I DO NOT recommend trying this solution on porous gemstones such as pearl, turquoise, opal, etc. (Yes the pendant in the video has an opal). I say this primarily because of the following ingredients: Thiourea, Cleaning Agents, Sulfuric Acid, Acetophenone. While I do not know the specific effects of each, I cannot conclude that they would be safe for such stones. I did use the "fine jewelry" product on an Oregon sunstone pendant in gold filled metal as well as on my gold filled artisan chain and the results were satisfactory. I additionally used it on my wedding ring. ****The results of using Fine Jewelry Cleaner (Connoisseurs) on my WEDDING RING showed discoloration on the soldered joints of the basket holding my main stone****. I reserve my suspensions on why that happened, but proceed with caution if you plan to clean major items like that. I would recommend a professional cleaning over the solution for such items (wedding bands, special jewelry, etc). Do NOT use Connoisseurs Silver Jewelry Cleaner on rhodium plated sterling silver or silver plated jewelry. Do not leave your sterling silver jewelry in the solution for more than 10 seconds & be sure to clean only one item at a time (including earring sets). I did use it on several of my personal, unplated, sterling silver items and it worked fine, but time will tell. *I DO NOT KNOW THE LONG TERM EFFECTS OF THIS SOLUTION.*

Pricing things always makes me incredibly nervous. There's a lot of people out there that make negative comments about higher priced items. There's a lot of people that think that wire wrapping should be cheap because of their own opinions. The reality is that why are wrapping takes a lot of time and a lot of planning and mistakes that you have to correct and or even start over. I have worked so hard to get where I am and I've got a long ways to go for improvements and so forth. I've always felt like charging a fair price to me is going to upset somebody but I have to remember that my price is high because my time is valuable, my products are good, the quality is great and undervaluing myself does no justice to the progress I've made. I think we should all remember that and I've said it before but we don't get paid less at 9:00 to 5:00 jobs for getting better. We get paid more because we get better and because of our time and tenure. So with that in mind I'm no longer going to apologize because I wouldn't apologize to my boss for getting a raise and I wouldn't apologize to the company for doing well and earning that raise. Wouldn't you agree?
